Building of the University of Plymouth

As a result of the large-scale redevelopment and renovation of the iconic "Intercity House" tower, an old office building will change under the name "Brunel Plaza". It will soon become one of the buildings of the University of Plymouth, which received a permit for the reconstruction. The exterior of the building undergoes a major change, including the 11th floor, a nearly abandoned glass building. The planned renovation of the facade and the area around it with a pedestrian zone, parking spaces and entrances to the modernized lobby of the station.
